Requirements
level 5 Management & Leadership Qualification or equivalent
you will need sound experience of recruitment and ideally temporary recruitment
placing job adverts
knowledge of the health and social care sector is desirable
monitoring and responding to applications
confident and personable with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships
scheduling interviews
passionate and focused about delivering excellent customer service
