Requirements
- level 5 Management & Leadership Qualification or equivalent
- you will need sound experience of recruitment and ideally temporary recruitment
- placing job adverts
- knowledge of the health and social care sector is desirable
- monitoring and responding to applications
- confident and personable with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships
- scheduling interviews
