Responsibility
- develop trusted relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth
- use existing relationships with clients to generate new business
- identify opportunities within target markets for our organisation’s products and services
- demonstrate and explain in detail trading products and services to clients
- meet short- and long-term sales goals
- maintain and monitor retention of retail clients and affiliate partners
- create affiliate/IB partnerships in new or established markets
- assist with the on-boarding of IB's/affiliates
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law and marketing or related disciplines
- knowledge of FX products and leveraged instruments is desirable but not essential
- previous sales, tele-marketing experiences are desirable but not essential
- enthusiastic, resilient and patient
- problem solving, analytic and presentable
- strong self-initiative, highly motivated, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- excellent written and spoken Italian and Spanish language
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
