develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with existing and new customers
proactively follow up on both new business opportunities and leads assigned by your line manager
accurately maintain all internal systems
collaborate with internal teams, Business Development, Technical Support/Services, Operations and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, account performance, and customer feedback to your line manager
continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities
Requirements
proven track record of 3 – 5 years in Account Management, preferably selling IT/Mobile Devices
demonstrated ability to build strong long lasting relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and account retention
technically minded with an eye for detail
strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and effectively position and sell technical products and solutions
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts, track leads, and report sales activities
