  • A-Level or equivalent

Responsibility

  • develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with existing and new customers
  • proactively follow up on both new business opportunities and leads assigned by your line manager
  • accurately maintain all internal systems
  • collaborate with internal teams, Business Development, Technical Support/Services, Operations and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, account performance, and customer feedback to your line manager
  • continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • proven track record of 3 – 5 years in Account Management, preferably selling IT/Mobile Devices
  • demonstrated ability to build strong long lasting relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and account retention
  • technically minded with an eye for detail
  • strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and effectively position and sell technical products and solutions
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts, track leads, and report sales activities
