Responsibility

  • kestrel Ophthalmics are looking for an office administrator to work within our small friendly team in Creekmoor
  • hours of work are 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday
  • sage 200 experience would be preferable but not essential
  • answer the telephone in a welcoming and professional manner
  • monitor and administer the email account assigned to the role
  • process sales orders through Sage 200
  • maintain stock levels, order product stock through Sage and assist with monthly stock checks
  • check deliveries of stock in and advise of any discrepancies
