- participate with the Director and Practice Manager in the general management of the firm
- participate with the Director and Practice Manager in promoting qualitative and quantitative performance of all staff members
- ensure compliance with all Legal Aid Agency regulations and guidelines
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those of the SRA and Legal Aid Agency
- assist the Director and Practice Manager in promoting qualitative and quantitative performance of all staff members
- promote good client care and service amongst all staff
- promote a culture of regulatory compliance within the firm
- handle all client complaints
