Responsibility
- due to company expansion, KES Group have an exciting opportunity for a full time Health & Safety Officer based at our premises in Strabane. The successful candidate will need to have construction or engineering background and be NEBOSH qualified
- support and advise on Health & Safety Management and compliance
- monitor and implement the organisation's Health & Safety procedures
- ensure the organisation is compliant with Health & Safety legislation and to reduce and prevent hazards, dangers, and accidents
- act as a point of contact for external bodies in relation to all Health & Safety matters
- monitor and report on site Accidents and incidents and report through internal procedures
Requirements
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualified
- CSCS holder
- previous Construction experience is desirable
- direct experience of working on site or supporting project related Health & Safety
- excellent Communication Skills
- commercial Awareness
- health and Safety: 3 years
