Responsibility
work alongside HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator, managing and enabling the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
working with the Head of Care, Registered and Team managers to deliver company strategic goals
support Head of Care with supervision, coaching and mentoring of managers within the services
proactively develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, commissioners in the local authority and other professionals
upholding company values to deliver outstanding quality care by equipping well supported teams
manage and coordinate customer and council commissioned contracts
work alongside Directors and Head of Care to define, plan and anticipate demands in relation to new business developments within Kerensa Care and Support
support managers with developing new areas of operation in line with sustainable company business plans
Requirements
previous experience of working in the Adult Social Care Sector involving quality assurance and staff supervision
knowledge of all relevant law and legislation
level 5 Care qualification of equivalent or willingness to work towards it
operations management: 1 year
