KERB GROUP is looking for employees for positions:
head of marketing
Responsibility
- day to day management of the KERB Marketing team, providing supportive and effective leadership
- chairing weekly team meetings
- ensuring that 1-to-1 catch ups happen regularly with those directly managing
- ensuring that work is efficiently spread across the marketing team according to the team’s capability and capacity
- identifying and organising / delivering training with staff where required
- working with the Marketing Director to set individual and team KPIs
- ensuring each member of the marketing team has an up to date job spec and KPIs and these are being monitored through check ins and annual appraisals
- work with the Marketing Director to inform quarterly and annual hiring plans for the Marketing department
Requirements
- experience running successful 360 degree marketing campaigns
- solid understanding of all marketing channels, including social media, websites, CRM, on site and OOH
- strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to board level
- excellent grasp and experience of marketing within food service industry and in particular the events industry
- ability to set up and establish proper process and implement efficient ways of working
- project management skills
- excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- ability to effectively use marketing tools and programmes including Mailchimp, Google Business and more
