- accountable for the overall quality and delivery of the Community service provided by the charity
- they will influence the strategic development of community services in conjunction with the Head of Operations and Client Care

- to provide leadership and management support to Team Leaders through regular supervision and team development sessions
- the post holder will manage all aspects of the service ensuring that the service is meeting funding and contractual requirements, is fully maintained in an efficient and a professional manner and that all reporting and consultation, both internally and externally is carried out in a timely and effective way
- they will do this through being actively engaged in the work of the team and by overseeing the induction, supervision, guidance, support and direction to Team Leaders
- to ensure appropriate monitoring is in place for each commissioned project/service and that all staff adhere to these requirements
