Earnings on positions in KENTON KARPETS
KENTON KARPETS is looking for employees for positions:
- serving customers in the store, assisting with face-to-face sales and answering queries about our products and services
- monitoring, replenishing and ordering stock for the store and warehouse
- responding to customer and/or supplier queries in a timely manner via phone and email
- data entry including keeping records updated and ensuring documentation is stored correctly
- general tidying and upkeep of the store and warehouse
- assisting with carpet whipping and binding as and when required
- visiting customer houses to provide estimations for products and services
- other general sales, customer service, data entry and housekeeping tasks as required
- you must be available to work 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
- you must be able to travel to and from the store for all operating hours
- you must be physically able to lift and/or carry stock for the store and warehouse at varying weights
- as you’ll be handling cash, providing quotations and completing general data entry, you must be mathematically competent
- previous experience in a similar environment would be beneficial but is not required
- customer service: 1 year
- A valid UK drivers’ licence would be desirable as you may be required to provide quotations at customer houses once trained
