Responsibility
- collection of circa 800 active accounts in the Credit Control department via telephone, email and letter
- ensure that all appropriate action is taken on non- paying accounts by way of payment plans
- to collate and allocate all cheques received into the Credit Control department
- have an understanding of GDPR
- be responsible for ensuring that any cash or monies from tills or from clients is secure
- to take credit and debit card payments from clients
- to complete monthly bank reconciliations, working closely with the Management Accounts Team
- to raise new trade accounts and all associated paperwork attached in accordance with Money Laundering Regulation
