Responsibility
answer general, maintenance and emergency phone calls, dealing with all general enquiries and resolve reported issues accordingly
act as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, managing agents and contractors
instruct maintenance works and ensure the completion of the work
take lettings enquiries by telephone - register applicants and book viewings
complete Mid-term property visits
inventory and Checkout Reports and dealing with deposit returns
arrange Gas Checks, EICR’s and EPC’s
the office is cleaned weekly with common areas sanitized regularly
Requirements
previous experience of Alto/Vebra software an advantage
ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
exceptional organisational, verbal and written communication skills
expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies
full UK Driving Licence and Car
experience in Property Management for a minimum of 2 year. Ideally the candidate will have the NFoPP/ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management
