  • kenneally Property Services are looking for a Property Manager to work from their Peterborough office
  • completing detailed photographic and written inventories on properties prior to tenancies starting
  • inspecting properties throughout the tenancy and providing written and photographic reports to the landlord
  • reporting maintenance issues to our maintenance manager
  • we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team. We are a friendly, hardworking team requiring someone who is a team player as well as being capable of working independently in a fast paced, professional environment
  • carrying out final inspections at properties to assess the return condition
  • submitting final inspection reports and processing deposit claims
