  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail CSCS Card and SMSTS certification
  • applicants should live within commutable distance and have their own mode of transport

Responsibility

  • we are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to run our site in Lincoln
  • the current role is for a live project we have for 39 houses just outside Lincoln
  • these works are expected to last for at least 12 months
  • taking the lead in managing all aspects on site, including short term planning, scheduling, and overseeing the work of subcontractors and other members of the construction team
  • we are a bespoke Architectural and Building company who run a range of projects which consist of mainly residential works and can range from private extensions through major refurbs of grade 2 listed buildings and up to £10m new build developments, both residential and mixed use
  • communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
