Responsibility
to safely and efficiently advise hirers in the use and controls of the vehicle/equipment being hired
to look for opportunities to promote and sell other services to customers
to deal with administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner
to meet customers and visitors and deal with incoming enquiries in person, by telephone and by email, converting enquiries into bookings and ensuring that bookings are managed efficiently to maximise the utilisation of fleet vehicles
to book vehicles in and out of the computerised ProHire software system , ensuring that hirers are qualified as to their suitability to hire
to manage the hire fleet effectively, liaising with our Workshop to schedule routine servicing, maintenance and MOTs for both our Short and Long Term vehicles

Requirements
experience gained within a customer facing role is essential
experience of using computerised database software systems is desirable
an understanding of the Motor Industry and specifically Vehicle Rental would be an advantage
A full, clean EU/UK Drivers licence is essential
