  • tenant communications, email & telephone
  • management of the property portfolio lettings
  • using referencing software
  • logging maintenance on a bespoke system
  • report running
  • answering incoming calls and face-to-face meetings with new clients
  • support senior roles in day-to-day Admin duties
  • property visits and inspections
