Requirements

  • hold a current certification in First Aid and CPR
  • previous experience in a lifeguarding role is preferred but not mandatory
  • strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly in emergency situations
  • must be physically fit, capable of swimming, and able to perform rescues when necessary
  • you will have successfully gained your NPLQ and can dive to 3m - if not we are able to assess you to achieve this

Responsibility
