- salary reflective of skill set and experience
- candidate should ideally be a fully trained butcher/shopman with experience in the trade. Although we would consider a second-year apprentice or an individual with some butchery experience keen to develop their skills
- however, the right candidate should be able to balance this with good old fashioned customer service to support a large and loyal customer base
