  • this is an entry level role with the prospect for moving in to other areas of the business in due course
  • as such it would suit a school leaver/graduate as well as anyone wanting to work flexibly
  • the role will involve proactively contacting clients over the phone and email so the candidate needs to be comfortable with this
  • this role is in our office in Silsoe, Bedfordshire so own transport to the office is necessary
  • this position will report directly to the management of Barnes Robertson Financial Planning where they will work closely with other team members in our office as needed
  • job Type: Part-time
  • part-time hours: 15 per week

Requirements

  • proficient in MS Office applications
  • knowledge of general office equipment and computer desktop
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • ability to speak to clients clearly over the phone
  • ability to send clear emails to clients
  • ability to think independently and problem solve
  • customer service: 1 year
