the role will involve proactively contacting clients over the phone and email so the candidate needs to be comfortable with this
this role is in our office in Silsoe, Bedfordshire so own transport to the office is necessary
this position will report directly to the management of Barnes Robertson Financial Planning where they will work closely with other team members in our office as needed

part-time hours: 15 per week
Requirements
proficient in MS Office applications
knowledge of general office equipment and computer desktop
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
ability to speak to clients clearly over the phone
ability to send clear emails to clients
ability to think independently and problem solve
customer service: 1 year
