Responsibility
- to actively search, analyse opportunities and to target suitable audience to drive new business development that supports the sales strategy
- to develop new business opportunities with education agencies and industry partners to secure student enrolment numbers
- to oversee and manage the administration of grants and fundings and operational work for the programs to run smoothly
- to compile and analyse sales figures, to prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and undertakes market research
- to keep up to date with products and competitors
- to spearhead and lead in all assigned business development projects/initiatives and to come up with strategies to drive and execute the project successfully
- to manage internal, governmental, and corporate stakeholder relations includes sourcing for new contacts and curating a shared network of active and potential relationships
Requirements
- proven track record of sales or business development experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- effective organisational skills
- the ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
- diplomacy and the ability to deal with situations that are stressful to others
- knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus
