  • manage a close and professional relationship with our suppliers developing strong repour with the relevant contacts and teams
  • regular team meetings and 1-2-1’s with the Operations Manager for ongoing development
  • set up all events, facilities, documentation, guides and any other literature relating to the programmes with the support of marketing function
  • liaise and assist with customer requirements pre-event with allocated customer bookings
  • update existing customer information in CRM
  • post event customer feedback invoice reconciliation
  • support the review of innovation/product content including mapping customer journey, market trends and competitor analysis and client feedback
  • post event feedback to and from suppliers
