Responsibility
- seeing applications through to completion
- reviewing mortgage applications to rectify any errors before application/ making sure all relevant information/ paperwork is in place before submission
- keying in applications/ uploading documents both to our system & the lenders
- liaising with providers
- photocopying, certifying, scanning documents for mortgage applications
- updating clients on the progress of their applications along with speaking to estate agents & solicitors
- carrying out anti money laundering checks
- processing protection applications
