typing up of dictation, general correspondence, file notes etc
dealing with incoming and outgoing post
daily monitoring and handling or passing on of emails
timely filing of all correspondence, both electronically and paper files
ordering of stationery for the office
maintaining a key register for the various properties
some minute taking may be required
dealing with telephone calls or ensuring these are passed on – these can be from tenants, contractors, Trustees, Land Agents etc and will cover a variety of subjects
Requirements
self Employed role
excellent organisational skills
good telephone manner and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
ability to work to deadlines
driving licence required
days of work Monday AM, Wednesday PM, Friday AM
