- full clean driving licence and access to vehicle
- working with socially excluded vulnerable/complex needs YP
- organising/delivering lessons/activities
- excellent communication skills both in person, over the phone and online
- experience of organising and delivering lessons and activities with clear learning objectives
Responsibility
- engaging with young people and developing and planning bespoke sessions suitable for their Key Stage level, which have clear learning objectives
- delivering sessions and activities to groups of young people in a classroom environment and in external settings
- preparing planning documents/reports that detail sessions
- preparing planning documents that detail sessions
- undertake relevant training and development opportunities, as agreed with your manager
- preparing session reports to document sessions
- attend team meetings and external inter-agency meetings and events, as agreed with your manager
- preparing reports for management, schools and carers
