Responsibility
- ● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in your designated territory
- ● Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs
- ● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- ● Present and demonstrate our products / FMCG brands to potential customers
- ● Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability
- ● Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- ● Prepare sales reports, providing regular updates to KCS Directors. Communicate efficiently with KCS Team to address any concerns
Requirements
- ● Proven experience in field sales or a related role, preferably in Wholesale Foods and Drinks industry
- ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- ● Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet sales targets
- ● Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- ● Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals
- ● Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel
