Responsibility
- maintain sales ledger, raise and despatch sales invoices and manage credit control
- maintain purchase ledger including coding, inputting purchase invoices, dealing with
- liaise with carriers to track and trace POD delivery documents
- resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
Requirements
- MUST have previous Sales and Purchase Ledger administration experience
- excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- PC literate with good data input skills
- experience using Sage 50 accounts or other accounting software
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- good team player with good initiative
- work well under pressure
