Responsibility
- oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team management
- supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- train, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service through effective team management and leadership
- drive sales performance by implementing strategic sales initiatives and promotional activities
- monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations
- handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control
- conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met
Requirements
- minimum 2 years of retail management experience is desirable but not necessary
- must have Maths Pass at GCSE or equivalent level, Advance Level Maths or Business Qualifications are desirable
- proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop team members
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff alike
- all required training will be provided
