Responsibility
- administration of onsite time management/clocking in systems - Connecteam
- checking and inputting employee timesheets/hours
- act as an initial point of contact for employee payroll queries
- we are a commercial cleaning company based in lovely offices in Newham, Truro. We have a friendly team of cleaners and are looking for someone mature, analytical and super meticulous to process their payroll
- input payroll details using Xero
- liaise with HMRC on payroll queries and obtain tax codes
- report on auto enrolment pension deductions
- setting up bank payments
Requirements
- previous experience in payroll administration or related field preferred
- strong understanding of accounting principles, debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
- proficient in data entry and using payroll software particularly Xero
- knowledge of technical accounting concepts and governmental accounting regulations is a plus
- familiarity with human resources processes and procedures is beneficial
- payroll: 1 year
