Requirements
- retail experience minimum 1 year managerial role
- strong leadership and customer management abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- good human who cares about their team and the small business
- social media marketing experience
- experience coaching, developing and mentoring a retail team
- extensive computer skills and familiarity with creative apps Trello and Canvas
- experience with bright HR or any other HR software
