Responsibility
- job Title: Care Team Leader
- hours: 24 per week across 3 days, weekend work when required
- to support the Case Manager to ensure that both clinical and operational day to day activities are carried out in the best interests of the Client, complying with legal and best practice in order to provide a high standard of support and care to the Client whilst ensuring duty of care to the employees
- pay Rate: £16 weekdays, £17 weekends
- arrange Supervision and support for the Care Team. Supervision Meetings should be arranged ensuring confidentiality, timely production of notes, and upwards escalation of issues as required with staff consent
