Responsibility

  • assisting the Supervisor/Manager/Director in devising and updated existing Karemore Limited Policies and Procedures
  • ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines outlined by the Care Inspectorate
  • being knowledgeable, and keeping up to date with all Local and National policy documents in relation to their role and childcare
  • carrying out a Supervisory Role and Administrative Duties in a responsible manner as detailed in the Job Description and Specific Duties
  • ensuring the safety and well-being of the children for their Social, Educational, Physical, Emotional, Intellectual and Recreational needs, whilst implementing GIRFEC in their day to day practice
  • working within the Aims, Objectives and Belief Systems of Karemore Limited, having extensive knowledge of, and adhering to all their relevant Policies and Procedures, including Safe Guarding and Child Protection
