- assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ensuring their safety at all times
- documenting and reporting changes in clients' health, behaviour, and overall well-being
- liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care
- maintaining a clean and organized living environment for clients in both domiciliary and supported living settings
