Responsibility
- build and develop relationships with our young people
- be responsible for the effective Safeguarding of the young person within your care and understand how to raise any concerns
- support the young person with everyday day tasks following a set out care plan
- ensuring daily dairy sheets and handover notes are recorded
- encouraging the child to play with toys
- trips to the park
- the Support Worker role encompasses all aspects of caring for children within their own homes, including supporting the development of their independence, social and life skills
- playing in the garden
Requirements
- supporting Children with Disabilities: 2 years
- percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy /Enteral Tube: 1 year
