Responsibility
- booking resource and attending weekly resource and client account updates to ensure all requirements are covered
- project managing teams to deliver all aspects of a project’s scope of work, to the agreed specification and quality
- conducting project Initiation meetings with the core team and leading the delivery of multiple projects with varying complexity and deliverables, ensuring all are delivered on brief, time, and budget
- building excellent working relationships with the client services team, and wider Kanga team, promoting great teamwork
- tactical delivery on all aspects of projects, briefing, planning, scheduling, budgets and resourcing, end-to-end and to the highest quality, whilst managing all stakeholders
- creating and reviewing outputs at each stage in collaboration with strategy, design, production, writers and learning designers. Ensuring Strategy and the Project Director sign off as required
- working with the Client Services team to scope/rescope projects on occasions and help update statements of work
- other duties as required for the smooth running of the business
