Responsibility
as the Training Administrator/Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring all courses have all documentation required, delegates have everything they need
you will be the welcoming face of KALU, always there to make sure every detail has been actioned and delegates leave smiling
PA to the Director, General administration duties such as Photocopying, preparing course materials, actioning emails, communicating with delegates/clients by email, phone and Ms Teams, data input, answering the phone, directing calls and organising training venues
