- assisting in the progression of conveyancing files, reviewing searches, mortgage offers and replies to enquiries
- taking calls, corresponding with clients and third parties
- opening and organising files, conducting regular reviews and monitoring file progression
- conducting and ensuring file compliance including familiarity with AML and CDD regulations
- reviewing documentation, drafting letters, legal documents and reports; and
- generally providing assistance and support to fee earners as needed day to day
