Responsibility
- take orders from our warehouse managers daily
- use of mechanical equipment such as forklift
- load and unload goods from delivery vans efficiently & effectively
- ensure that correct quantity has been received by comparing received goods with information on the supplier delivery note
- identify any damaged or missing goods and record on supplier delivery note and inform appropriate member of staff
- ensure that delivery notes are signed only upon satisfaction of completed order
- move received goods to appropriate storage areas
- make sure that all goods are labelled properly using appropriate labels
