  • JW4X4 Ltd is a busy Garage based in Northallerton
  • we carry out Vehicle Sales, Servicing, Repairs, MOT's and Tyres
  • we have a vacancy for a Full Time Service Advisor to join our team
  • conversing with customers regarding work on their vehicles in a timely and professional manner. Providing accurate information
  • booking Customers in for Servicing / MOTs / repairs / Tyres
  • ordering parts and liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are received in a timely manner
  • invoicing accurately
  • cash handling and taking card payments

Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year of experience in a Garage Environment or similar
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think fast
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in Computers
