- we are looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to work with our on-line team during the Black Friday and Christmas period which would mean the position would be open until the 24th December as a minimum
- To assist customers with any issues or queries regarding placing an order or an ongoing order
- Maintain and update customer records promptly

- Deal with complaints and escalate where necessary and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
- To assist the Finance Department with customers on security/fraud checks
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
