Responsibility
- to assist customers with any questions or queries they may have with regards to our product range
- to assist customers with any issues or queries regarding their orders via email, telephone or live chat
- to help customers register on the website and/or assist them with placing their order
- escalate where necessary
- to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
- to assist the Finance Department with customers on security/fraud checks
- maintain an awareness of the aims and objectives, policies and practices of the Company
- be an effective member of the team, working cooperatively with all departments as appropriate, raising concerns and issues promptly with the line manager
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- highly numerate with strong analytical skills
- have exceptional written, copywriting, proofreading and communication skills together with a keen eye for detail and creative flair
- have a genuine interest in the beauty industry
- ability to be flexible, as per the business' requirements
