  • this post will require the applicant to prepare children's meals /plan menus/order supplies and any additional general kitchen duties
  • food Hygiene Level 2 minimum requirement an early years or school background would be desirable
  • to be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen
  • to prepare and present breakfast/cooked lunch/pudding and afternoon snack
  • to effectively manage the nursery food budget
  • to adhere strictly to the ‘Better Food, Safer Business’ standards and keep daily records
  • JOB DESCRIPTION: To cook homemade meals for 60 children from 9 months to 5 years old
