Responsibility

  • track weekly operational metrics, providing detailed updates to the Senior Operations Manager
  • work with internal teams to ensure stock availability aligns with production and sales
  • oversee the maintenance of the premises and address any facility-related concerns promptly
  • ensure all stock is moved from production in time to prevent loss of time
  • assist post room in movements as and when needed
  • the list above is not exhaustive and additional tasks can be required as the business demands
  • oversee the goods-in process, ensuring all deliveries are checked thoroughly and stored as per company guidelines
  • address any issues related to damaged or incorrect goods and liaise with the operations manager for resolutions
