Responsibility

- providing administrative support
- support the project manager in working closely with operations and product teams, ensure that product releases and migration projects are managed effectively

- owning the go to market, staff and customer engagement plans of this strategy is critical to the success of the wider Juniper growth strategy
- organising project team meetings and recording minutes
- always keep up to date, clear records of all communication with customers using the CRM
- keep up to date with DFE requirements and spot opportunities to upskill schools
- maintain a high standard of product knowledge to talk competently to schools about their order and our products and services
- attend meetings and events , seek to maximise sales and raise the company profile where required
- keep track of each stage in the production of multiple websites. Ensure the right people are working on the appropriate tasks to a specific target timescale
- answer inbound telephone calls and direct accordingly
- investigate and solve customers’ complaints. Identify and escalate serious issues to senior management
