  • performing routine landscaping on the grounds, including weeding and hedge cutting
  • checking equipment is safe
  • paint and fill gaps or crevices
  • undertake light installation or basic carpentering
  • repair equipment or appliances
  • assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing repairs

Requirements

  • proven experience as handyman
  • experience with hardware tools
  • basic understanding of electrical or plumbing
  • basic math skills
  • good communication ability
  • well-organized and apt in problem-solving
  • maintenance: 1 year
  • attention to detail
