- to provide operational management of the nursery facilities and staff
- ensure compliance with statutory requirements and ensuring delivery standards which ensure the highest possible inspection grading
- lead and maintain a continuous improvement culture within the setting
- ensure training, support, coaching and supervision of staff to inspire, motivate and challenge all children
- act as ambassador for the nursery, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing parents
- assist and lead initiatives to increase revenue for the business
- marketing the nursery to reach maximum occupancy whilst maintaining excellent care
