Responsibility
- provide both operational and strategic and specialist advice on workforce impacts and compliances of short to longer term business planning
- work with the HR Business Partner to ensure consultant job plans are robust and integrated into the business planning process
- support the development and implementation of the Trust’s workforce strategy
- support the forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce including identifying and managing any workforce issues
- supporting the development of manager’s people management skills through training and regular round table meetings
- advising on complex and sensitive ER cases
- support on the production of monthly Board reports including data presentation, analysis and identification of trends and solutions
- review and develop HR policies and procedures
