Responsibility
- we are looking for a part qualified accountant with at least three years experience in working for a small accounting practice
- extensive knowledge of VAT, PAYE, Corporation tax and personal tax is required for this role
- candidate will need to be up to date with their technical knowledge of taxation and accounting
- membership of either ACCA,ICAEW or CIMA would be given preference, although experience of dealing with small companies accounts is more relevant
- the candidate should be able to prepare accounts for small and medium size businesses, including limited companies, LLPs, Partnership and sole traders
- candidate should be comfortable and should have good communication skills to be able to deal with director levels. Experience in finalising accounts independently would be required
- candidate should be familiar with various accounting and tax software. Although training will be given on various packages used by our firm
