- gather Pre-Construction information
- conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to assess compliance with building regulations and safety standards
- provide guidance and advice to project teams on regulatory requirements, including fire safety, accessibility, and structural integrity
- complete design risk register
- review building plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure they adhere to relevant codes and standards
- collaborate with local authorities, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve compliance issues and address modifications
- provide Health and Safety file upon completion of each project
- keep up to date with changes in building regulations, codes, and industry best practices
