- the Fine Jewellery Company & The Jewellers, part of Jewellery Quarter Bullion Limited, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Jewellery Store Supervisor to lead and support our prestigious Brand New jewellery store
- in the highly competitive jewellery industry, your ability to lead, adapt, and succeed will be fundamental to achieving continued success
- beyond overseeing the operations of our prestigious store, you will also be responsible for coordinating with our ecommerce team to ensure seamless integration between our online and physical store
- this means supporting online sales efforts and developing strategies that align with our overall business goals, providing a consistent customer experience across all channels
- your proactive approach and passion for both traditional retail and online sales in the jewellery market will be key in facing the exciting challenges this role offers
Requirements
- in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, precious metals, and industry trends
- strong sales and customer service skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- excellent leadership and team management abilities
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements
- store management: 2 years
- proven experience in a leadership role within the jewellery industry or as a Retail Jewellery Store Supervisor would be ideal but not essential
