Responsibility

  • leading Digital Marketing Agency in Stoke-on-Trent looking for a customer service advisor to join the team
  • you will be communicating with our customers to gather information for social media posts
  • full product knowledge training will be provided
  • gather information for social media posts and assist the development team with search engine optimisation write ups
  • develop and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • liaison with debtors of our clients to verify receipt of invoices, address queries and chase cash collection
  • occasional ad-hoc administration tasks
  • you will also from time to time carry out some credit control duties such as verifying receipt of invoices, address queries and cash collection
