Wanted zero stars really but wouldn't post unless I put something in there. I got in touch with them a while back to pursue a solar panel claim. They said I had a good case and I needed to pay a 10% deposit, half now half on completion based on the likely outcome of my compensation claim which apparently was around £9,500 so £950/2. I wasn't ready to make a claim yet as there too much other stuff happening and besides didn't want to shell nearly half a grand so close to Christmas. I would start the action in the spring. Around May I tried to get back in touch to start things but they just weren't there anymore. No phone, no email replies and the office address is a serviced office/post box address so no real office either. I suspected a scam at the time and later it seems I was right. Thing is I know I still have a good claim but cant find anyone else to sort it for me.

This company claimed to be able to get £20,000 from the bank when a Solar Panel company that did substandard installs on my parents property went bust.
They were paid a sizable deposit and seemed to be very active with phone calls, letters and also dealings with the bank for a couple of months.
When it all went quiet, a phone call to head office confirm that things were proceeding, with an email following up confirming that.
Eventually, my mother received a call from a supposed solicitors office saying that JP Administration had gone into, erm, "administration" and wanted £1100 NOW to pay for "costs and court charges".

I don't think so, somehow.

Are these people legit? Has anyone had a successful outcome from them? Pleas3 let me know thank you
